I have always been curious about the problem behind the work, and close enough to the work to see what changes when we get it right.

My career has moved across brand, creative, digital experience, research and growth because the problems I solved rarely stayed within one function. I built and led multidisciplinary teams, from small units to organizations of 40 or more, across B2B and B2C businesses. I connected them because the work got stronger when it moved together.

When I saw a gap, I built what filled it: a research function before there was a mandate for one, a way to measure creative work before anyone asked creative to prove itself, a structure that let the team keep pace with a business already moving faster than its org chart. By the time the rest of the business caught up to the why, the work was already running. Within months, what I'd built wasn't something people had to be sold on anymore. It was already how the work got done.

Brand and creative open the door. What's on the other side is usually a different problem than the one I was hired to solve.

I lead by making sure people understand the problem deeply enough to make strong decisions themselves. I give people room to own the answer and push their thinking when it needs sharpening. I stay close enough to help without making the work dependent on me.
